Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

BasementBonsai is a listing assistant that helps eBay sellers price and manage their own listings. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your listings, your calls. The service provides suggestions and drafts. It does not change prices, publish listings, or take actions on your eBay account unless you explicitly approve them.
eBay rules apply. You remain responsible for complying with eBay's policies for anything published from your account.
No market-research use. The service exists to help you sell your own items; it is not a market-data product and may not be used as one.
No warranty. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pricing suggestions are estimates based on publicly visible listings and may be wrong; you decide what to do with them.
You can leave anytime. Delete your account from the app — all your data goes with it.
Changes. If these terms change materially, we'll notify you in the app before the new terms take effect.
